Ms. Hoa is responsible for quality control of the sleeping bags. She was the chairwoman of the cooperative 2012-2015. She has been a member of the group since the beginning, 1996.
She was 26 when her husband died of cancer. She was left alone with two little sons. She worked at the rice mill to support for her children. Life wasn't easy but at least she had the support of her parents.
Both of her sons are now at a university. They take good care of their mother, they give her presents for the birthday and on the International Women's Day. She is very proud of them.
