Change of mind
If you change your mind we happy to do an exchange or refund within 30 days of item receipt for domestic and international buyers. For domestic orders shipping costs will be deducted from the refund. However, the item must be in new, unused condition and return postage is to be paid by the buyer. If an item is returned damaged or with stains and is not re-sellable, we will not be able to process your refund.

Please return it exactly as it was shipped to you. The shipment must have tracking. 

Defected products or mistakes made by us
If we have made an error or the item is defected, and your item is unworn, we will reimburse you the cost of item and the shipping fees.

If the product doesn't meet your quality expectations over time, please contact us and we'll make it right for you! 

Refund processing
If a refund is requested, the refund will be the amount of the purchase less original shipping costs (unless we had made a mistake or the product is defective). We will happily refund your money once we have received the item back. The payment will be returned to the original payment method. Processing may take up to 14 days.

International buyers are responsible for all import & excise taxes associated with returns should there be any.
