Returns & Exchanges

We want you to LOVE our products! If you are dissatisfied for any reason with your purchase, we happy to do an exchange or refund within 30 days of item receipt for domestic and international buyers. However, the item must be in new, unused condition and return postage is to be paid by the buyer. If we have made an error or the item is defected, and your item is unworn, we will reimburse you the cost of item and the shipping fees. 

Please return it exactly as it was shipped to you. The shipment must have tracking. 

Items returned must be clean, free of perfumes and hair products. If an item is returned damaged or with stains and is not re-sellable, we will not be able to process your refund.

If a refund is requested, the refund will be the amount of the purchase less original shipping costs (unless we had made a mistake). We will happily refund your money once we have received the item back. All returns must be received within 45 days of the day the package was delivered to you. The payment will be returned to the original payment method. Processing may take up to 14 days.

International buyers are responsible for all import & excise taxes associated with returns should there be any.
